Move to Downloadable File

Hey guys,

To resolve my upload woes and as a natural part of development I'm swapping to a downloadable format. The files are still very small, so it's an easy download. I'll get Linux and OS X builds up tonight. There are some undocumented changes in this version (consider it an unintended 0.1.5) so keep an eye out for some quality of life improvements and bug fixes. I'll get the patch notes out tonight, I mainly just wanted to get a playable exe up prior to work today. Enjoy!
